針對慰安婦問題，國民黨總統候選人朱立倫今天(29日)表示，他很遺憾日本在這項議題上對台灣與韓國有差別待遇，他呼籲國人在慰安婦問題上要有共識，不管現在台灣與日本的關係如何，民眾都一定要站在台灣人的立場。
針對慰安婦議題，外交部長林永樂29日表示，台灣內部應先凝聚共識，再與日方進一步展開交涉。有媒體認為，國內部分政黨人士過去的言論，將導致日方不會先向台灣道歉。
對此，國民黨總統候選人朱立倫29日下午受訪時表示，他很遺憾日方在這項議題上忽略台灣，他強調，日方一定要對台灣慰安婦有所交代，不能對台灣與韓國有差別待遇。朱立倫也希望民眾一定要站在台灣人的立場。他說：『(原音)我希望不管我們跟日本的關係如何，一定要站在台灣人的立場。』
朱立倫呼籲國人在慰安婦議題上要有共同立場，絕不能忘記在二戰期間受害的是台灣人。
